ABOUT TRACK3
Ontario Track3 is a registered nonprofit organization that changes lives by providing empowering adaptive
sport experiences to young athletes with disabilities, their families, and the broader community. Based in
Ontario with our flagship alpine program at Craigleith Ski Club in The Blue Mountains, Track3 serves
athletes across the province through alpine skiing and our growing Adventure for Every Ability off-snow
portfolio.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Track3 is at an exciting inflection point. With a healthy financial surplus, a growing athlete community, and
three new off-snow programs launching this season, we are investing in the people and infrastructure
needed to take the organization to the next level.
You will be building on the current structure of: brand voice, content strategy, event planning, and
community presence. Your work will directly drive, volunteer recruitment/engagement, and donor
