The Georgian Peaks Club is looking for a new member of their leadership team; Director of Food and Beverage. This is a pivotal role at Ontario’s premier private ski club in the beautiful Blue Mountains. Members, their guests, and others come to the Club to enjoy the unrivaled skiing, but stay for the après and social environment that is created by the food and beverage on offer and the team that delivers it. This role is also accountable for maintaining the Peaks as the desired destination for weddings and other special events, regardless of the season.
If you are a leader in customer service, excel in people management and have qualifications and experience in managing a complex food and beverage operation previously, we would love to hear from you. Chef’s papers are an asset, as is previous private member club experience and you will need to be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment, motivating a large team and be able to manage budgets and appropriate regulations and legislation.
