Snow Valley is seeking a Snow School Manager to lead one of Ontario’s largest and most dynamic snow schools.

This full-time seasonal role oversees guest experience, staff culture, safety, instructional quality, and program growth across lessons, school groups, race programs, and terrain park operations.

About the Role

You will lead approximately 12 Team Leaders and more than 250 instructors, coaches, and Terrain Park staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Lead

  • Lesson programs, school groups, private lessons, and race operations.
  • Staff recruitment, training, certification support, and daily leadership.
  • Terrain Park operations, safety standards, administration, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead more than 250 seasonal team members.
  • Oversee lesson delivery, school-group logistics, guest satisfaction, staffing, budgets, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with resort departments to improve operations, service quality, and team performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading large seasonal, recreation, hospitality, or ski resort teams.
  • Strong communication, scheduling, budgeting, performance management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for guest service, employee development, safety, and team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSIA, CASI, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Ski school, school program, children’s program, terrain park, or first-aid experience is an asset.
