New for 2026, OSRA and Glen Eden are excited to launch INDUSTRY OPEN HOUSES. These events are intended to be networking and sharing opportunities where you can get a sneak peek behind the curtain of other Ontario Resorts, the challenges they face, the successes they enjoy, and the unique solutions that have developed over the years to keep their staff and guests happy. Glen Eden’s event will be a kick off to what we hope can become a regular offering moving forward.

Industry Open Houses are an opportunity to share ideas, learn from each other, and help the industry grow.

What’s included?

As these days are intended to go behind-the-scenes at an active resort, host resorts will dedicate staff to show industry colleagues around, while still maintaining public service and operation. With your RSVP you will have access to a morning welcome with refreshments, a tour of specific operational areas (different from resort to resort), a light lunch with round table discussion, and a lift ticket should you wish to ski or board in the afternoon.

How does your resort become a host in the future?

Want to host an Industry Open House in the future?  Fantastic!  Email your interest to [email protected].  With 2026 being the inaugural year, we are seeking one more resort to host an open house in March.

• Provide a date that suits your resort.
• Identify the group size that you can comfortably host. Please anticipate that resorts may wish to have a couple staff attend, so accounting for 2 or 3 guests per visiting resort.
• Outline the areas you wish to include in your tour, or the topics you plan to cover. Not all open houses need to be the same. Have a project you’re proud of? Have a space you are struggling with? Have a problem you want to solve? Make that your topic and share your journey.
• Host resorts carry the cost of hosting so we can keep this a free event.
