Annual Salary – 80K

Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Ski Operations is responsible to assist the Director of Ski Operations with the daily operations. This managerial positon is responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of all departments and equipment related to the lifts, slopes, snowmaking and day to day operations of the ski hill. This position will ensure that Hockley Valley Resort’s guests receive the best experience possible by producing a ski area that is maintained with the highest level of quality and safety possible.

The ideal leader is a team builder who understands the importance of connecting with peers and guest alike to ensure the success of the operation. A passion for snow sports and the outdoors is a must. This candidate understand the importance of time management to complete projects and cultivates a positive work environment for all team members. Proven ability to organize and motivate a large seasonal team is necessary.

Director of Ski Operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years progressive experience in the ski hill operations field.

A valid SML certification.

Snow making and grooming experience
