Membership Administrator

This key role includes administration of the membership data base, processing/balancing annual fees, generating various audit and membership reports, providing membership data to support the development  of  policies,  implementing applicable  membership policies,  managing  locker  inventory, responding to new membership inquiries and applications, and performing other administrative functions as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

•   The ability to work effectively within a team environment.

•   A natural and genuine ability to provide outstanding customer-focused member/guest service at all times.

•   An ongoing interest in learning about all aspects of the Club.

•   Ability to effectively work on a variety of assignments and multitask in a fast-paced environment, adhering to required deadlines.

•   Initiative to help out where needed and self-direction to find efficiencies and make improvements.

•   Diplomatic, tactful verbal and written communication skills to deal with a wide variety of member issues and questions confidentially.

•   Excellent computer skills including email, Excel, Microsoft Word.

•   Solid understanding of general accounting principles, accurate math skills and attention to detail.

•   Knowledge of Jonas Management Club software would be a significant asset.

Compensation:  Hourly wage $21 – $24 per hour based on skills and experience, benefits program and annual RRSP contribution

Schedule: Includes weekends and holidays during ski season (excluding Christmas Day), Monday to Friday during off season, Fridays off from June to September.
